▊ High-frequency straight seam welded steel pipe is also called straight seam high-frequency electric resistance welded steel pipe. Its characteristics are: high welding speed, small welding heat affected zone, welding can not clean the work piece, weld thin wall pipe, weldable metal pipe.

▊ The high-frequency resistance welded steel pipe is different from the ordinary welded pipe welding process. The welded joint is made of the base material of the steel strip body, and the mechanical strength is better than that of the general welded pipe. The surface is smooth, high precision, low cost and low weld seam height, which is beneficial to the coating of 3PE anti-corrosion coating.

▊ The welding method of high-frequency welded steel pipe and submerged arc welded pipe is significantly different. Since the welding is done instantaneously at high speed, the difficulty in ensuring the welding quality is much higher than that in the submerged arc welding method.

We have professional shipping agent for all the transportation of our products. Products will be packed in bags,box,or in other way as discussed, then in container. Products will be transported from factory to shipping port by truck. Finally it will be loaded on ship to destination. You will be able to track the shipment in any time.

For pipes : 1. by bundles, each bundle weight under 3 tons, for small outer diameter seamless steel pipe, each bundle with 4 - 8 steel strips. 2. after making by bundle, covered with Polyethylene waterproof cloth. 3. make black paints painting or as discussed on each pipe, then make bundles
