1. Hot dip galvanized steel pipe structure: hot dip galvanized pipe is to make the molten metal react with iron matrix to produce alloy layer, so that the matrix and coating are combined. In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of the steel pipe, the hot-dip galvanized pipe is cleaned by ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or mixed solution tank of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to the hot-dip galvanizing tank. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. The complex physical and chemical reactions between the substrate of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe and the molten bath lead to the formation of a zinc ferroalloy layer with a compact corrosion resistance structure. The alloy layer is integrated with pure zinc layer and steel pipe matrix. Therefore, its corrosion resistance is strong.
2. Pre-galvanized steel pipe structure: galvanized strip pipe has adjusted the production process of hot dip galvanized pipe. Firstly, the steel strip used for pipe making is pickled. In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of the strip steel, it is cleaned by ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or mixed solution tank of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to the hot dip galvanizing tank. Then air dry and make a pipe. The coating is uniform and bright, and the amount of zinc plating is small, which is lower than the cost of producing hot-dip galvanized pipe. Its corrosion resistance is slightly worse than that of hot-dip galvanized pipe.
